NASCO-OP declares 2025 Patronage Dividend
(New Philadelphia, OH) December 30th, 2025 – National Association Supply Cooperative
(NASCO-OP) is pleased to declare a 0.65% patronage dividend for the fiscal year 2025, according to General Manager Michael Morrison. This dividend, based on the purchases made by members or associates at the cooperative, serves to further lower the purchase price of supplies and equipment.
This past year proved to be a challenging one across much of our industry. Muted ferrous
markets, tariffs, inflation, and increased operating costs created meaningful headwinds throughout the year. Despite these pressures, NASCO-OP remained profitable, operated with discipline, and successfully returned a dividend to its membership.
The NASCO-OP Board of Directors has approved an increase to the dividend de minimis
threshold, which has moved from $25 to $50, effective with the FY2025 dividend.
As we move into 2026, metal markets have shown early signs of improvement. We remain
cautiously optoistic that the year ahead will be a fruitful one for recycled materials companies across the industry.
NASCO-OP is proud to be the recycling industry’s purchasing cooperative and invites
members of ReMA, CARI, ARA, and NDA to take advantage of its services. For more information on NASCO-OP, please contact them at 800-321-3396 or visit the website at www.nascoop.com.
